Our client is an international company in Zaventem and is looking for reinforcement for their international customer service team through Hays. The company is active in the medical market.

Your new role

Join this dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative for the Italian and Spanish market!

In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our valued customers, managing their orders, sales, and ensuring efficient communication. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with the warehouse to meet any special shipping requirements and handling complex tender orders. As a crucial part of this team, you'll diligently update all data in the ERP (SAP) system and take proactive steps to resolve any customer issues or inquiries. Additionally, you'll provide valuable support to the sales representatives and country managers, contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Your profile

Are you fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English? Do you thrive in a role that combines communication and administration? We're looking for a positive-minded individual like you, who enjoys working in an international environment and can independently and accurately handle tasks. If you have experience with an ERP system, that's a definite plus. We value a strong willingness to learn, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
