You will join an international company from Machelen active in the chemical sector. You will work in a small team with a good working atmosphere with stability. They provide a thorough training in the office and afterwards 2 days of homeworking are possible. Moreover, the working hours are flexible (start between 7:30-9:30 am) and because you work 39 hours per week you are entitled to 6 adv days annually. In total, you are entitled to 30 leave days annually. On Fridays, you can quit as early as 2:30pm. Finally, they also provide monthly initiatives for a good working atmosphere (yoga, lunch, ...)

Jouw nieuwe functie

As a customer service representative, you will support the sales manager and be the first point of contact for customers. You follow up orders from a-z (order intake, order input, logistics, invoicing) and handle technical questions about the products. You also have regular contact with headquarters in connection with stock management.

Jouw profiel

For this customer service representative job, Hays is looking for a candidate who is

• Fluent oral and written in English and French OR Dutch.

• You already have a first relevant work experience within customer service (and international goods handling) where you have worked with SAP.

• Knowledge of incoterms 2020 is also important

• Furthermore, you are communicatively and administratively strong, so you can follow up everything accurately and organize yourself well.

• You are customer-oriented and can work well together with other colleagues.

• Finally, you are flexible, and your organizational skills allow you to deal well with deadlines and priorities.
