Our client is an international company in Zaventem and is looking for reinforcement of their international customer service team through Hays. The company is active in the medical market.

Your new role

Customer Service Specialist wanted for an international company in Zaventem!
In this position, you have direct contact with your customers across the EMEA markets. You will interact with hospitals, doctors, labs, etc. since the company is active in the medical sector. Following orders in SAP is one of your key responsibilities, along with maintaining daily communication with the warehouse regarding special shipment requests. You also manage complex tender orders. You accurately update all data in the ERP (SAP) system. In short, you take all necessary actions to resolve customer claims and problems. Every day looks different, and customer contact mainly happens through email.

Your profile

Hays Zaventem is looking for a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written English, plus two other EMEA languages. You can combine both communication and administration. You are a positive person who likes to work in an international environment and who is able to work independently and accurately. Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus. Finally, you are eager to learn, customer-friendly and enjoy working in a team.
