Freelance Customer Service System for a client in the area of
Brussels.

Your tasks:
As a
Customer Service System you assist the manager with the process of the system, user and user group management.
- Offer support to stakeholders and users of GCSS
- Monitor the checks and updates
- Manage the monthly patching messages
- Offer back-up support
- Coordinate and manage the calendar of GCSS events
- Work together with colleagues
Your profile:
As a
Customer Service System you have experience with support/helpdesk/ Service Desk tools
Having experience with Jira or Confluence is a plus.
You have experience in dealing with user groups
You have knowledge of customer services processes.
You are a team player, but when needed you can work independent.
You are able to execute queries in Oracle Database and SQL
You have experience in creating/maintaining technical documentation and manuals
You have an analytic mind.
You are fluent in the
English language and you work well under pressure.
