Daily Duties
The key responsibilities are to attempt to understand the goals and strategies of internal and external stakeholders who have a substantial impact on the operations in order to give the Customer Operations Leadership a sense of calm, clarity, and predictability. The second goal is to increase leadership stakeholders' understanding of the wider picture while encouraging transparency and understanding of customer operations across the entire business. Several tasks connected to the mission include:
- You will be the Single Point Of Contact for the BASE Customer Operations.
- You be in charge of insight deep dives cases related to important operational topics prioritised in a monthly performance meeting with (senior) leadership.
- You will take the lead in the execution of the deep dives and ensure the efficiency, also make it interpretable for the stakeholders.
- You will simplify complex information into clear, practical suggestions that resonate with stakeholders.
- You will assist with the budgeting process during the summer and work closely with business and controlling.
- You will define the KPI’s and business data to create new insights.
- You will create structural Qlik Sense reports to assist in decision-making and accomplish goals.
Profile and Skills
- You have a Master’s degree in a quantitative field or relevant experience in the field.
- You are an experienced Data Expert.
- You have experience with at least one reporting tool (experience with Qlik Sense is a plus).
- You are result driven: you have the ability to manage an analytics initiative from conception to production and adoption, as well as having a thorough knowledge of its life cycle and potential hazards.
- You are a problem solver, and you have strong quantitative analytic skills.
- You are a good presenter and storyteller, and you have the ability to influence decision makers.
Language requirements
