The main focus of the project will be on the training and coaching to team members for the adoption of new type of products (Viva Insights & other Microsoft products).

• Create content (campaigns, presentations, videos, ...)
• Deliver workshops and training & coaching sessions
• Monitor the stakeholders and end-users
• Analyse data
• Help with definition of new change management activities

Have you got ...

• Experience in change management and basic knowledge of Adkar ?
• The ability to listen carefully to stakeholders needs and advise them ?
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (mainly Viva Insights + the Office Suite and Teams) ?
