Your new role

You will take the lead in an agile development team of 5 people and work on exciting projects that help our business achieve its goals. You are the technical expert within the team, and you contribute to solving technical problems. You will work closely with stakeholders, such as IT PO, other dev leads, product manager and business, to understand project requirements and ensure development meets expectations. Together with the test engineer in your team, you ensure that the quality objectives are achieved. You will support the team members through technical coaching. You are aware of the latest technological developments and contribute to technical innovation within the team and the organization.

Your profile

You have all-round development knowledge (such as dotNet, JS, VueJS, etc.). You communicate smoothly and clearly in Dutch and English. You already have some initial experience as a development lead. You have in-depth technical knowledge and a passion for innovation. You have strong communication skills and the ability to inspire a team. You have experience in multi-tech architecture, object oriented programming, UML, test driven development, design patterns. You attach great importance to service and customer friendliness. You have knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, KanBan, Dry, Solid, Kiss and Azure Devops.
