For a client based in West Flanders, Hays is looking for a Freelance Fullstack Java-Angular developer.

The role
The Software Engineer analyzes, develops, enhances and tests various customized (internal) end-to-end solutions, ranging from bug fixing and additional developments/features to maintenance of the software and applications, and integrates them with the customer's systems to deliver coherent, scalable and high performance solutions to improve the customer experience, innovate and stay ahead of the competition.

You will end up in a modern technology landscape with a focus on Java, Spring boot, Angular, Microservice architecture, Azure Cloud, Devops, Git, IntelliJ. The client work in autonomous agile teams via the scrum methodology and in the SAFe framework.

The knowledge of Angular is also important. The software engineer should maintain current code and be able to convert it to new technologies.

Your profile
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• knowledge of Java 8 or 11, Spring Boot, Angular and Unit, integration, performance testing.
• Analytical insight, hands-on mentality.
• Team player, flexible and dynamic.
• Interest in DevOps.
• SCRUM/Agile mindset
