For one of our clients, Hays is looking for a Group Consolidation Analyst to help them with tax compliance and financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the Group Tax, Reporting & Consolidation team in ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
Assisting with tax reporting and compliance at both local and group levels, including transfer pricing and coordination for Belgian tax returns.
Collaborating on monthly consolidation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
Contributing to the preparation of consolidated management and external reporting in line with IFRS, delivering high-quality outputs for stakeholders.
Acting as a point of contact for external auditors to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of required documentation.
Leading or supporting ad hoc projects and requests, bringing innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.
Providing insights for various management reporting deliverables to support strategic decision-making.

What we're looking for

A university degree or equivalent in Finance Management or Business Administration.
More than 4 years of relevant experience, ideally as an external auditor or in a finance role within an industrial or international setting.
Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or tax compliance is preferred, with a keen willingness to learn and grow.
Knowledge of consolidation processes (including IFRS) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with tax and transfer pricing concepts.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
