Your job:

You will be the first point of contact for colleagues who have IT problems, and you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
You will monitor the company's IT systems to ensure they are running optimally, and you will intervene in case of problems.
You will work on developing solutions for bugs, issues, and other IT-related problems that arise.
You will manage the entire client park of IC insurance, which involves configuring backup systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and implementing upgrades and updates.
You will create technical documentation, procedures, and manuals to help colleagues use the company's IT systems.
You will propose new ideas and innovations to improve the company's IT offering, and you will participate in cross-group projects to help improve the IT infrastructure.

Your profile:

Independent, proactive, and a real team player.
Knowledgeable in Windows-based operating systems, Office 365, Teams, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Vmware, Meraki, and Nimble.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud and/or AWS cloud is a plus.
