Your new role
As an IT Support Engineer, you will:
- Implement, maintain, and monitor systems, infrastructure, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide accurate documentation and technical support.
- Support new application releases and test new technologies.
- Contribute to service desk and change management processes.
- Assist in IT projects related to security, infrastructure, and development.
- Ensure secure and efficient deployment of infrastructure and applications.
- Implement patch management strategies.
- Conduct security event analysis and incident management.
- Document and update processes and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new IT technologies.
Your profile
- Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows Server, network management, hardware, and software.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Interest in information security, business continuity, and IT service management.
- Dynamic, problem-solving, customer-oriented, and team player.
- Experience with hosting services and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud providers, etc.).
