Our client is a leader of trucks company. They are situated in Groot-Bijgaarden, and are looking for a new colleague to join the team. As Service Zone Manager / Service Key Account Manager - Truck & Van - Belgium you will support the Iveco customers, Key Accounts, and dealers in order to maximize the service level provided. You are responsible for implementing and executing the service strategy, with the main focus on Customer satisfaction and Dealer service level within the Truck & Van business. Reporting to the Product & Customer Support Manager Benelux, you will be working in close contact with the local Product Support team, Technical Training team, Parts, and Customer Support teams for support and coherence within the Service Strategy to maximize opportunities to guarantee service results for the Dealer Network, the customers and/or Key Accounts in Belux.
-You will be the reference person and facilitator, working closely with the direct colleagues in the team, for the Dealer Network and/ Key Accounts (National and International) for service-related topics as Technical Product Support, Customer Care (Assistance Non-Stop), Recall Campaigns, Vehicle Off Road, Technical Training, Warranty.
-Reference person for questions regarding service towards Dealers (workshops) / Customers
-Regular Dealer visits & Customer visits in order to closely follow-up and monitor in case of any issues
-Customer & Fleet review, reporting and relationship management / Customer onboarding
-Follow-up of dealer qualitative standards & approval of commercial warranty claims for Retail customers & Key Accounts.
-Manage & set-up action plans after Dealer audit or Customer complaints
-Support towards Sales dpt for tenders with regards to the technical service aspects
-Technical knowledge on industrial vehicles and/or Truck & Van. Truck business knowledge (Retail and/or Key Accounts) within service is highly recommended
-Knowledge of the Dealer and Distributor network competences
-Good communication skills, customer oriented and strong in building customer relationships
-Searching for solutions as way of life
-Analytic approach in reporting, track, measure, performance assessment
-Fluent in Dutch, French and English
-Strong PC skills
-Full availability to travel on frequent basis within the market (Belgium/Luxemburg) #1093323
