The Support team of this company is seeking a Medior Support Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in a similar support function. The engineer will join a team of talented engineers with expertise in various vendor technologies and be responsible for resolving complex network and security issues for the clients in the telecom, service provider, and enterprise industries. The engineer must have a basic knowledge of network technologies, hold at least one vendor certification (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, NSE4), and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. The role involves troubleshooting, proactively communicating incident status to clients, processing change and service requests, documenting knowledge, and sharing it with colleagues.

What you will need to succeed:

• You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch or French
• You have already 3 years of experience in a similar position
• You already have experience in network technologies such as routers, switches, wireless network, NLPS, Network Access Control, Load Balancing, Software Defined Networks and a basic knowledge of security
• You have a certificate of one of the following : Associate CCNA (Cisco), JNCIA (Juniper), NSE4 (Fortinet), or a similar level of security vendor
• You have a basic knowledge of al least 2 vendors (Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Huawei, F5)
