Your job:
  • IT Support Engineer responsible for operational management of assigned client infrastructure
  • First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and determine best solution based on issue and customer details
  • Record events and problems in logs, and pass on feedback to internal teams
  • Remain up-to-date with technology advancements and guide colleagues with technical questions
  • Be part of 24x7 support team

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Good communication skills in English and Dutch or French
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Methodical, organized, and client-oriented
  • Skilled in creating and enhancing high-quality documentation, implementation procedures, and processes
  • Real problem solver with an eye for details
  • Stress-resistant and not afraid of a fast-paced environment
