What can you expect?
After an extensive training in aseptic working and Good Manufacturing Practices, you will join our Operations Team. To clarify for you. Aseptic working refers to a set of practices and procedures applied to ensure sterility in the cleanrooms, where our advanced cell therapies are made. GMP guideliness on the other hand, ensure that our products are
produced and controlled according to high quality standards.
You, along with your fellow operators and team leads, inspect and maintain the used equipment, clean and disinfect materials meticulously, and ensure a correct transfer between different production zones. You support the daily aseptic and manual production process of our therapy according to strictly defined actions and standard procedures.
By doing so, you contribute to the timely delivery of high-quality and life-saving therapies to our patients.
Working in an aseptic environment means you must also wear sterile clothing.
Furthermore, we work in a shift regime, no nights but weekends.
Your profile
- Education : You have a secondary education diploma or you are equivalent through experience. More important than your degree, is your work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Experience : Industry experience in pharma or biotechnology is not required. We offer an extensive, in-house training after which you can start working smoothly in your new role.
- Languages : You are fluent in Dutch and/or English.
- Strengths : You have a strong sense of responsibility. You are fully aware that your tasks are a vital step in our processes to getting our life-saving therapies to our patients in a timely manner.
- Expertise : You communicate clearly and openly and you are a real team player.
