For one of our clients, HAYS is looking for an experienced team leader, Fullstack.

Your new role

• You will manage a team, responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting Fullstack application components.
• You will coach and lead your team to ensure the quality of the work.
• You will take on new resources if necessary and supervise their integration into the team.
• You'll define the team's schedule and tasks.
• You'll estimate the costs and deadlines for implementation or completion where necessary.

Your profile

• Have a higher education degree in IT (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
• Good knowledge of the backend, frontend and framework technologies of : Java, Javascript, HTML, Spring (boot), Angular
• Familiarity with Docker/Linux, Event-Driven Architect / Kafka, DDD, Mongo DB, Scrum, DevOps
• Result-oriented, analytical, flexible, and critical thinking.
• Initiative taker with excellent technical analysis and development skills.
• Organized, precise, and reliable team player with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
