• Coordinating and optimizing daily warehouse activities.
• Implementing process improvements and overseeing improvement initiatives/projects. (Change Management)
• Ensuring quality and service objectives are met, as well as compliance with safety regulations.
• Leading, coaching, and developing employees.
• Ensuring efficient communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile

• You have at least three years of experience as a supervisor in a crossdock warehouse. You have a track record of continuous improvement projects (change management).
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system (6 AM – 2 PM & 12 AM – 8 PM) and are flexible towards working hours;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You possess strong leadership skills, are stress-resistant, and have problem-solving abilities.
