Your New Role
As a Customer Support Advisor in a dynamic and international environment, you'll use your language skills to support customers with breakdowns across Europe. No matter where they are, you'll take full ownership of the problem, giving the customer peace of mind. You'll be the central point of contact, communicating regularly with the dealer doing the repair and keeping the customer updated on progress. Your proactive and creative approach to problem-solving will ensure a smooth resolution.


What You'll Do:
  • Customer Service: Take full ownership of breakdowns from start to finish.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with the repair dealer and update the customer on the progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Use a proactive and creative mindset to solve problems, thinking outside the box when things aren't going smoothly.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to provide 24/7 service.
