Your New Role
As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire process of a customer or dealer complaint. You will take full ownership of the case, from the moment it is received until it is completely resolved. You will act as the central point of contact between all relevant parties, including customers, dealers, and internal departments. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and timely resolution for every issue.


What You Will Do:
  • Complaint Management: Own the full process of a customer or dealer complaint.
  • Investigation: Investigate what happened and act as a liaison between all relevant parties.
  • Problem-Solving: Drive the conversation forward to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Financial Resolution: Conclude the complaint by assigning responsibility and securing any financial resolutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the company's continuous improvement by sharing relevant feedback with internal teams and other stakeholders to improve future performance.
