Your new role
As a Customer Service representative, you will manage a client portfolio from A to Z. You will respond to customer inquiries, send samples, process orders, and organize transport to the client. You will also handle transport documents, update the database, and check stock levels. Finally, you will manage customer questions and complaints.
Your profile
- Degree in business or economics
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and SAP (mandatory)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
