Our client in the Ghent region is an international company with a production site where highly regulated processes are carried out. The environment is modern, structured and safety‑focused. You will join a team where quality, collaboration and precision are key.

Your new role
As a Lab Technician, you will perform quality control on advanced therapies in a GMP environment. You will take samples, carry out analyses (including flow cytometry and glucose testing), and monitor the cleanroom environment (ISO 5). You will work closely with Quality and Operations, manage test results in LIMS, and contribute to optimizing processes and documentation.

What do we expect from you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in lab technology, biotechnology or equivalent
  • Knowledge of GMP and quality standards (FDA/EU)
  • Experience with aseptic techniques or cleanrooms is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and technical English
  • Accurate, well-organized and a true team player

  • 4 days on, 4 days off (in shifts)
  • Gross monthly salary between € 2600 - € 3500 gross/month
