Your new role

• Provide technical support to customers (fault diagnosis, installation advice via email and phone).
• Act as the technical contact point for the sales team and Field Service Engineers.
• Plan interventions for technicians working on cooling systems.
• Draft and process reports as well as work orders.
• Prepare technical offers and collaborate with factories in Italy for specific requests.
• Answer questions from B2B clients (public institutions, data centers, hospitals, production plants, food industry).
• Work in a dynamic environment where flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Your profile

• Proven experience (medior/senior): 10 to 15 years, including at least 5 years in refrigeration technology.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and technical interventions, with strong hydraulic and refrigeration knowledge.
• Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in electromechanics/industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Languages: Dutch and French (60/40), professional English (technical manuals + contacts with factories in Italy).
• Personality: flexible, communicative, able to manage complexity and work effectively in a team.
• Company culture: family-oriented atmosphere.
