About the organization
Our client is a company with nearly 1,000 employees and operates in the financial sector. This is a company that cares about its employees and where your ambitions truly matter. In this role, you will be the sole payroll officer responsible for 120 employees. This is a newly created position where you will take over tasks previously performed by an HR employee.
Your new role
As HR Payroll Officer, you will play a key role in the further expansion of the Benelux People & Culture organization. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely payroll administration for one of its entities.
You will join the HR Operations Team (five colleagues, including the Payroll Manager), which currently supports five entities and approximately 800 employees. The new entity has 120 employees and will become your own file, which you will manage from start to finish: from input data and benefit processing to addendums and employment conditions changes.
You will also work closely with local HR teams and have many contacts in an international context.
Your profile
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a strong foundation in payroll and HR administration. Furthermore, you possess:
• Thorough knowledge of Belgian social legislation
• Fluent communication in Dutch, French, and English
• Strong digital and analytical skills, including excellent Excel skills
• Experience with HR systems such as E-blox and SuccessFactors
• Experience in an international context and collaboration with remote teams
• A flexible, inquisitive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in AI applications and HR technology to stimulate innovation
