Our client is a company with nearly 1,000 employees, operating in the financial sector. This is a company that cares about its employees and where your ambitions truly matter. In this role, you will be the payroll expert handling the more complex issues related to payroll management.
Your New Role
• Payroll A–Z: Complete payroll processing, monthly cycle, audits, and quality control.
• Labor Organization: Correct application of rules regarding working hours, absences, and leave.
• Legislation & Contracts: Compliance with collective labor agreements and social legislation, drafting contracts, and processing amendments.
• Benefits & Insurance: Point of contact for group insurance and the tax treatment of benefits.
• International Mobility: Managing cross-border employment in collaboration with experts.
• Collaboration & Projects: Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners; contributing to optimizations and new payroll initiatives.
Your profile
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience, with a strong background in payroll and HR administration.
• Fluent Dutch or French, excellent second language proficiency, and professional English.
• Expertise in Belgian social legislation, accurate, communicative, and team-oriented.
• Experience with E-blox, Protime, and SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Independent and collaborative.
• Interest in AI and data analysis to help shape innovation and the future.
