Our client is a leading international player in Facility Management, providing both technical services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing…) and soft services (reception, cleaning, catering…).
As part of its growth, the company is looking for a Contract Support Coordinator to strengthen its Belgian operations.
Your role
As a Contract Support Coordinator, you will support the Contract Manager and help ensure the effective delivery of contractual services.
Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Monitoring contract scope and ensuring services are delivered accordingly.
- Tracking open and closed work orders with technicians and vendors.
- Managing purchase orders and invoices with accurate cost allocation.
- Producing operational and financial reports.
- Maintaining contractual and vendor documentation.
- Monitoring staff planning and timesheets.
- Ensuring subcontractor compliance with QHSE standards.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and improvements.
This role offers strong career progression towards a Facility Manager position within 2–3 years.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- First administrative experience (junior profiles welcome)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Languages: French & Dutch (fluent), English (professional level)
- Skills: structured, analytical, organized, ambitious
Offer
- Permanent contract (full-time, 40h/week)
- Salary: approx. €45,000 gross/year
