Your new role

- You'll manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to concluding contracts.
- You'll actively search for opportunities in your region, using various methods such as telephone prospecting, participation in events, networking and direct mailings.
- You know how to convince potential customers with your in-depth knowledge and offer valuable advice during their decision-making process.
- Translating your commercial objectives into a concrete prospecting plan for the region and accurately recording your actions and successes in the CRM system are among your responsibilities.
Together with the sales manager, you will work on concrete commercial action plans to achieve the sales goals.

Your profile

- You already have some experience in a commercial role, and experience in the HR sector would be a big plus.
- Communication and negotiation give you energy; you aim for the best results, and you focus on both individual and collective targets.
- You have a keen sense of discovering opportunities through various channels such as networking and prospecting.
Affinity with digital HR tools and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) is a plus.
- You feel comfortable working independently and autonomously.
- You have a perfect command of French with a good knowledge of Dutch.
