A Customer Service Specialist wanted for an international company in Zaventem!
In this position you are in direct contact with your customers from the Italian market & back up for the Spanish market! You have contact with hospitals, doctors, labs, etc. since the company is active in the medical sector. Following orders in SAP is your responsibility. You are also in daily contact with the warehouse about special wishes for shipments. You also manage complex tender orders. You accurately update all data in the ERP (SAP) system. In short, you take all necessary actions to resolve every customer claim and problem. In short, every day looks different & customer contact mainly takes place through email!
Your profile
Hays Zaventem is looking for a candidate who speaks and writes fluently in English, Italian & Spanish. You can combine both communication and administration. You are a positive person who likes to work in an international environment and who can work independently and accurately. Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus. Finally, you are eager to learn, be customer-friendly and enjoy working in a team.
