Your new role in this job
You work as a part of the uptime coordination team where you give road assistance to drivers. You do this by acting as the link between customers, drivers and dealers in order to find the best solution to get the vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. You look for acceptable solutions for logistic and technical problems related to the breakdown and follow up the status until the repair is finished. You keep all the different parties up-to-date about the progress, which you do proactively. You work in a dynamic and international environment with colleagues from all over the world.
What you will need to succeed
For this job as customer service support, you are fluent in English, Dutch, French and German. You are customer-oriented with good communication skills. You have good skills in MS Office applications and after an intensive training you are willing to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, night, weekend).
