Your role
As HR Assistant
You handle HR administration and manage the vehicle fleet.
• Ensure accurate HR processes and documentation
• Manage the HR mailbox and escalate complex queries
• Coordinate the recruitment process
• Organise onboarding and offboarding
• Manage car orders, leasing contracts, fuel/charging cards, fines and related invoices
• Ensure safe and compliant vehicle use with department heads
Your profile
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or a similar role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP) & PowerPoint
• Fluent in Dutch and French
