Your new role

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts (procurement, engineering, construction).
• Support operational teams in managing disputes and claims (in collaboration with external lawyers when needed).
• Participate in cross‑functional projects involving different internal entities.
• Create and optimise contract templates; contribute to the digitalisation of legal processes.
• Provide legal advice on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Work closely with both Belgian and international teams.

Your profile

• A 4 to 6‑month assignment to replace an employee on maternity leave.
• Master’s degree in Law, ideally with a focus on commercial and corporate law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar legal role.
• Experience as an in‑house counsel is a strong asset.
• Excellent command of French or Dutch, with a professional level in the second language.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Strong drafting skills, pragmatic mindset, proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

What you'll get in return

• Part‑time position: 3 to 4 days per week.
• Salary package: €5,000 to €6,000 gross/month, meal vouchers and reimbursement of transportation costs.
