Your new role

As an Operational IT Support Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations and delivering top-notch support to our teams and clients.

Your profile

  • Fluency in English & French, with proficiency in Dutch as a bonus.
  • Bring at least 10 years of experience in IT support or related roles, with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Proficiency in incident management and handling tickets via advanced systems.

  • Strong communication skills to explain tech issues in simple terms.

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and solving user problems.

  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Any certifications like Microsoft Certified Professional or Cisco would be a great addition.
