Since its launch in 2023, the company has been responsible for the end‑to‑end rollout of FTTH, working closely with operational partners, local authorities and internal teams. Your new role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you act as the key link between the organisation and its operational partners. You ensure that partners deliver according to agreed timelines, quality standards, KPIs and budgets. You manage performance, analyse operational data, coordinate reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives. You also represent the company in partner meetings, municipal discussions and stakeholder interactions across Flanders. The role requires strong on‑site presence and frequent field visits.
