• Lead and organize the Air Cargo Export team, ensuring efficient distribution of tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain daily communication with customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service related to air cargo shipments.
• Take final responsibility for compliance with air freight regulations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Supervise accurate invoicing and maintain high data quality standards.
• Drive process improvements within the airfreight export team, identifying areas for optimization and implementing strategies.
• Handle irregularities promptly and effectively, addressing customer escalations and finding solutions.
• Provide instructions and collaborate closely with the Booking and Brokerage teams for air cargo shipments.
• Prepare for and actively participate in customer meetings.

• You should have several years of experience within Freight Forwarding, specifically in the airfreight domain.
• Demonstrated the ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Capable of motivating, coaching, and delegating tasks to team members.
• An eye for continuous improvement and the ability to handle escalations.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
